He hopes to help improve on his team average of .279 to survive and advance to play #2 PG Red.

PG Navy has been the tough luck loser in a number of games this season. They are currently hitting .395 on the season and have been very streaky in terms on offensive production. In double headers, they typically have a low scoring and a high scoring game. Lucas Booth has been the leader for them and has hit 2 HR's this season, ranking 2nd in the league. They look to put it all together this weekend as they hope to advance to play #1  Players Edge Blue.

NJ Axemen Gold brings a balanced attack to this weekend's playoffs with all 3 players having similar averages, RBI's velos. As a team, they are hitting .432 on the season but just haven't been able to turn those into runs, scoring just 39 in the 12 games. If they can get some timely hitting, they could be a sleeper team to advance in the tournament.

As is the case in some tournaments, unfortunately, PG Black and PG White face off against each other in the first round of the Playoffs. Both teams are made up of teammates from traveling program here in CR. PG Black has been crushing the ball this season and has all 4 players ranked in the top 25 in batting average in the league. They have scored 112 runs in 12 games and should be a tough out for anyone in the tournament.

PG White was the unlucky team that just missed out of a facility title by a game, losing it to #2 PG Red by a game. PG White has put together a great season, going 9-3 and winning the last 3 games, including a 6-2 win over PG Black on Monday. Karson Grout leads the country in RBI's at 53, and hits at 76. He is also 3rd in average. PG White has just as much of a shot at a national title as a #4 seed as anyone in any age group.

If anyone wants to take home the National Title, they will have to go through Players Edge Blue.
