Championship-

Offensively, Michael Perazza led the Fury with 2 hits and an RBI. Salvador Alvarez had a good day at the plate for Elite Squad recording 2 hits including a double. However, it was Sal Stewart who nearly came up huge for them in the top of the 7th. Stewart stepped up to the plate with bases loaded, 2 outs, and crushed a double to left nearly clearing the fence for a walk-off. Unfortunate for them, only 2 runs were able to score and the Fury were able to hold on 3-2 and become our 2018 14U Southeast Champions. Stewart was the MVP of the tournament going 15-19 (.789), including 7 doubles, 1 HR, and 12 RBI's. After holding off an explosive offense like Elite Squad National, Zachary Root was the MVPitcher of the tournament.
