Over 200 teams, across six age groups and three divisions, will invade the metro Kansas City area this weekend for the much anticipated Perfect Game Hawaiian Hitfest Tournament that officially kicks off the summer travel softball schedule. Five venues will see an array of quality organizations and teams play for the coveted PG championship banner and trophy during the three-day event that gets underway on Friday evening, May 14 and runs through Sunday, May 16.

Shalimar Park in Grandview, Mo. will host the 10A and 16B divisions. All C division games, from 8U through 14U, will be played at Legacy Park in Lee’s Summit, Mo. Meanwhile, Mid-America West Sports Complex in Shawnee, Kan. will see a great deal of action, as the 10B, 12A, 14B, and 16A divisions will all play their games at this beautiful multi-field complex in suburban Kansas City. Field of Dreams in Basehor, Kan. will host the 12B division, while Lone Elm Park in Olathe will see the highly-competitive 14A and 18A divisions square off for three days.

The competition will be fierce. Teams will be stepping up their energy, enthusiasm, and focus as each club starts honing their collective skills for the highly-anticipated 2021 summer season. This is the first true test for many organizations and one each hopes will be a springboard for a successful three-plus month run through their schedule.
