Max Reimers is a 2025 RHP/OF with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Aliso Viejo, CA who attends JSerra Catholic. Medium size athletic frame. Right-handed pitcher with well above average arm speed and a three-pitch mix on the mound. Starts from a hybrid wind up with a high three-quarter slot release and drop and drive mechanics moving fluidly down the mound. Gets downhill with the fastball, sitting in the upper 80's and topping at 91 with some burst though the zone. Mid 70's slider with lateral depth and efficient spin, threw it for strikes and as a chase pitch. Splitter and change-up were both thrown in the low 80's with vertical drop and tumbling action. Dominated with six strikeouts in 3 innings on the mound. Named to Sunshine West Top Prospect List. Excellent student.
