Travis Moths is a 2014 RHP/SS with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Louisville, TN who attends William Blount HS. Slender athletic build, room to get stronger. Easy low effort delivery, repeats well, 3/4's arm slot. Fastball to 86 mph, good arm side run when down, slurve type breaking ball, shows good downer break at times, some developing feel for a change up. Repeats his delivery, pounds the strike zone and works quickly, ground ball pitcher, fields his position well, projects to keep improving. 6.74 runner, right handed hitter, straight stance, short sound line drive swing, battles at the plate, has some bat speed with more to come, confident look and approach. Third base actions defensively, shows good hands. Good student.
