Connor Staskey is a 2012 LHP/OF with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Virginia Beach, VA who attends Salem. Lean athletic build, body projects very well on the mound. High 3/4 arm slot, short easy arm action, good arm speed, armside run and sink on fastball, velo projects well, will need to develop his off-speed stuff more, good upside. Consistent contact at the plate, goes to all fields, hitting tools project more with added strength. Athletic actions in the outfield, good range, 7.09 sixty, high energy player, throws carry. Solid student.
