Jordan Gubelman is a 2015 RHP with a 6-4 220 lb. frame from Sarasota, FL who attends Sarasota HS. Big strong athletic build, fairly mature physically. Long extended arm action, shows the ball in back, 3/4's arm slot, long and loose out front, repeats his delivery mechanics well. Fastball topped out at 91 mph, very good running action low in the zone, tends to flatten up when up in the zone. Big breaking mid 70's curveball with depth and tight spin, quality second pitch, commands curveball well. Tends to slow arm on developing change up but flashes quality. Three pitch mix with polished pitchability and the ability to throw strikes, strong performance history. Verbal commitment to North Carolina.
