DJ Paone is a 2013 OF/UT with a 6-3 190 lb. frame from Jupiter, FL who attends Benjamin HS. Tall projectable athletic build, some present strength. 6.79 runner, aggressive outfielder, on line throws, solid arm strength. Left handed hitter, early load, inconsistent foot timing, open stance, loose line drive swing, hard pull contact, squared up very well in games, ball comes off the barrel hard, chokes up a bit and simplifies swing in games, good hitting tools. Good student, verbal commitment to Elon.
