Billy Griffin is a 2013 LHP/1B with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Middletown, MD who attends Middletown. Medium frame, thin athletic build with room to fill, projectable body. Pitches from a high three quarters arm slot, hides the ball well in his delivery, finishes on 3B side of the mound. Loose arm action, projection lefty, medium effort to delivery, 1-7 break on curveball with good depth, will improve with better balance and direction to delivery. Long swing, hands inside the ball well, all fields. Very good student.
