Alex Dickinson is a 2015 C/OF/RHP with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Weston, FL who attends St Thomas Aquinas HS. Medium, strong, highly athletic build. Ran a 6.93 60 yard dash. Shows above average receiving skills from behind the plate and a strong throwing arm. Has a clean, consistent transfer. Bats right-handed, works from a slight knee bend stance and flashes good bat speed. Hits gap to gap, using an aggressive approach. Consistent hitter. Also took the mound, reaches 85 mph with his fastball from a high three-quarter arm slot. Gathers well at his balance point and has a clean delivery. Shows late life on his fastball and flashes 11-5 depth with his 74 mph curveball. Throws a lot of strikes and spots his fastball. Excellent student. Named to National Underclass Main Event Top Prospect Team.
