Timothy Nelson is a 2015 MIF/RHP with a 5-9 165 lb. frame from Chino Hills, CA who attends Ruben S. Ayala. Compact frame, lean athletic build. Standout defender in the infield, hands work well, good carry on throws from clean arm action, accurate throws, good hands. Aggressive approach at the plate, hitting from a low hand set with an uppercut swing plane and solid bat speed. Also pitched and sat 86-88 from a three quarters arm slot with a quick arm, good arm side run on fastball and good shape to curveball working from third base side of the rubber. Good student.
