Brandon Lewis is a 2015 LHP with a 5-11 150 lb. frame from Houston, TX who attends Cy-Fair HS. Lean athletic build, lots of room to get stronger. Very nice delivery mechanics with excellent tempo and low effort release, 3/4's arm slot, arm works well, good downhill angle to the plate. Low to mid 80's fastball, topped out at 86 mph, very good tailing arm action arm side but tends to straight out glove side, adds and subtracts from fastball velocity and throws to spots. Gets good spin and depth on curveball, will get under at times for a flatter more sweeping break. Would benefit from throwing a change up. Has plus command potential and pitchability. Fastball has gained 6-7 mph during the last year and may have more in there still.
