Milton Jose Reyes is a 2015 LHP with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from San Lorenzo, PR who attends Puerto Rico Baseball Academy/HS. Slender young build, room to get stronger. Compact arm action, stays over the rubber well in his delivery and drives to the plate, works down hill well. Mid to upper-70's fastball, topped out at 79 mph, works low in the zone with his fastball, frequently cuts fastball with good life and effectiveness, also cuts change up. Soft curveball, flashes some depth but tends to cast it and not get out front. Throws strikes with all pitches, mixes well and makes hitters swing the bat.
