Rauvardo Torres is a 2015 RHP with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from carolina, PR who attends International Baseball Academy. Slender young build, room to get stronger. Long extended arm action, smooth coming through, high leg raise delivery, has some deception in his mechanics, over the top release point. Fastball topped out at 84 mph, mostly straight, will get some running action down in the zone but tends to pitch up. Flashed some 11/5 depth to his curveball but couldn't repeat his release point. Rare change up. Has a loose arm and the tools to keep improving.
