Brandon Fraley is a 2016 OF/RHP with a 6-0 187 lb. frame from Middletown, DE who attends Caravel Academy. Long limbed athletic build, has room to get stronger. 6.94 runner, outstanding raw arm strength, will get under his throws at times but highest level arm strength when he's on top of the ball. Right handed hitter, slight crouch from a spread stance, early front side, rotational swing and looking to pull, swings hard and has the beginnings of some bat speed, line drive swing plane, handles the barrel well. Also pitched, over the top arm slot with some lean off on release, long and clean arm action, some energy at release. Fastball topped out at 90 mph, mostly straight with some downhill angle. Curveball had tight spin and good 12/6 depth, change up also flashed late diving action, had solid feel and command for three pitches as a secondary pitcher. Brother of LSU standout Luke Fraley. Good student.
