Willie Gordon is a 2017 C/3B with a 6-1 205 lb. frame from Littleton, CO who attends D'Evelyn Junior/Senior High School. Medium frame, large build, strength, and a compact lower half. Posted a 7.73 time in the 60 yard dash. Primary catcher, side saddle start, developing transfer skills, and raw arm strength up to 76 mph. Posted a workout pop time of 2.03. At the plate, started with an even stance, medium hand set, hand set close to body, and a quick hand load. Showed good bat speed, hips fire well to the ball, and raw ability to match plane. Line drive plane mostly with an all fields approach and impact off the barrel. Generates carry with power potential.
