Trevor George is a 2017 3B/RHP/1B with a 6-1 205 lb. frame from Fishers, IN who attends Cathedral HS. Large, athletic build with broad shoulders and a strong, mature frame with present strength. Ran a 7.83 60-yard dash. Primary third baseman, takes short steps to the ball, hands work fielding, fluid arm action and gets on top of throws across showing some strength and carry. Also pitched, throws from a three-quarter arm slot with a tight and compact arm action and release. Short stride down the mound, front side opens early but gets on top of fastball well, occasionally cuts the ball at 77 mph. Flashed an 11-5 curveball with short break at 68 mph. Right-handed hitter, starts with an slightly open, upright stance and a high back elbow. Upper body swing, uses strength to create bat speed through the zone, line drive swing plant with ability to hit to all fields. Longer swing and shows strength coming off the barrel when squared. Very good student.
