Blake Decker is a 2019 OF/3B with a 5-11 185 lb. frame from Johns Creek, GA who attends Johns Creek HS. Recorded a 6.81 second 60-yard dash time. Medium, compact frame with strength well-proportioned throughout the build. Primary outfielder with looseness to the arm and some whip. Arm strength and speed is interesting with throws being recorded up to 83 mph. Good runner and athleticism that plays well at the position. Righthanded hitter with a high hand set and high back elbow. Wide base to start with a good line drive approach. Advanced feel for the barrel of the bat with power and strength to all fields. Even stance with a slight leg lift trigger to initiate the swing. Short, direct path to contact with a simple trigger to start. Consistently loud barrel with the ability to create carry through the point of contact. Great student.
