Kyle Bravin is a 2016 LHP/1B with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Washington Township, NJ who attends Westwood Junior/Senior. Barvin has a lean build with room to fill out. Long arm action with good arm speed, has a high 3/4 to over the top slot. Smooth repeatable delivery. Fastball has good sinking action. Throws strikes. Curveball had 11/5 shape with developing spin and break. Hit from a narrow upright stance, good hip load and use of them in swing. Line drive contact to the pull side. Starts with a linear path to ball and finishes with good extension. Shows quick hands to the ball. Defensively, good actions with feet, fields out front. Has short arm action. Comes off 1B well and under control. Good Student.
