Max Bekes is a 2018 OF/ with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Piedmont, CA who attends Piedmont HS. In the outfield the takes an aggressive first step, has an accurate arm with long over-the-top release point. At the plate he stands slightly open, torso is upright, and holds the barrel behind the head at 45 degrees. Takes a simple load and stride to start the swing, coils thee front leg, shows developing bat speed and line drive barrel contact. Good student.
