Nic Sabers is a 2026 1B/LHP/OF with a 6-3 185 lb. frame from Lenexa, KS who attends St. Thomas Aquinas. Nice young athletic build with long levers and lots of strength potential. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with an short stride into contact, tends to fire his front hip early and get out front, has some lift in his swing and looking to get the ball in the air with primarily pull side contact, flashed his power potential, projectable as a hitter. Primary first baseman on defense, plays light on his feet and has athletic and fundamentally sound actions, changes arm slots well and makes accurate throws, clean glove work, asset on defense. Very good student.
