Jackson Nance is a 2019 OF/1B, 3B, RHP with a 6-2 190 lb. frame from Yorkville, IL who attends Yorkville. Large frame with strong, projectable build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.25 seconds. Hits from wide-spread stance, low hand set, keeps hands low and deep into barred load, swings the bat hard with good intent, does good job creating leverage off of firm front side, wants to get the ball into the air, has very good strength in swing and can drive the baseball with authority. Worked out defensively in the outfield, short choppy steps to and through the baseball, does tend to wait back a bit at times, steps behind into throwing mechanics, shows solid arm strength with throws back to the infield clocked up to 78 mph.
