2018 PG Fall Top Prospect National Showcase
Jordan Little is a 2021 RHP/OF with a 6-3 170 lb. frame from Charlotte, NC who attends Hickory Grove Christian. Tall and lean frame with plenty of projection still remaining and time to fill out. Ran a 7.26 second 60 yard dash. Primary righthanded pitcher, begins delivery with a side rocker step up to a high leg lift and high hand separation, good tempo to his windup with looseness throughout, takes arm back to a long arm circle leading to an over the top arm slot, did a really nice job of getting on top of the baseball and creating good down angle. Fastball topped out at 84 mph, mixed in a curveball with nice spin and gradual 11-to-5 shape. Secondary outfielder, moves to the baseball with athletic actions and light footwork, whips arm at release with some easy carry out of his hand, topped out at 85 mph from the outfield. Lefthanded hitter, takes a big leg lift trigger into contact, showed some quickness to his hands, rotational actions to the swing, will improve bat speed and pop off of the barrel with refinement to lower half usage into swing. Good student.
