Mathew Troupe is a 2011 RHP/MIF with a 5-10 180 lb. frame from Northridge, CA who attends Granada Hills. Troupe pitched in the Aflac All American Game Scrimmage and was lights out. He kept the very talented East squad off balance by mixing his pitches and commanding his 92 mph well. Very interesting 2011 that needs to be followed very closely.
