Reagan Hallmark is a 2022 RHP/1B, 3B, OF with a 6-2 170 lb. frame from Vidor, TX who attends Vidor. Recorded a 7.09 second sixty yard dash time. Lean and athletic build with plenty of length to the frame and room to fill, projects very well moving forward. Primary right-handed pitcher with a clean and easy operation, stays in line well with the plate. Utilizes a medium arm circle with some plunge in the back, shows significant cut and some downer action on the fastball. Fastball movement makes for a very difficult pitch to hit and he was not afraid to challenge on the inner half. Threw five different pitches in total but primarily used a three-pitch mix of fastball, curveball, and changeup. Displayed a vertical curveball with 11-5 shape and nice downer action, is a good change of pace and is very effective. Also featured an impressive changeup that played well off the fastball. Flashed both a slider and a forkball late. Good performance overall, projects well on the mound and will continue to throw harder. Secondary first baseman, worked out in both the infield and outfield at this event. Smooth mover with good arm strength, looked best in the outfield. Right-handed hitter with a slightly open stance and a high hand and back elbow set, utilizes a toe tap trigger. Limited lower half drive, showed a level swing path and found a couple of barreled line drives during his round when on time and squared. Great student. Named to the 2021 Lone Star Showcase Top Prospect List.
