Dylan Pyle is a 2021 RHP/ with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Boulder, CO who attends Boulder. Large frame with a stocky build and broad shoulders. Present strength throughout. Ran a 8.63 second 60-yard dash. Primary righthanded hitter working exclusively from the stretch. Short leg lift landing in line to the plate. Works through a compact arm action in the back and into a higher three-quarter slot with occasional wrist wrap. Can create some whip to the arm action as well. Will create cutting life on the fastball at times topping out at 79 miles per hour. Works in a slider with sharpness to the lateral movement and misses down when not in the zone. Also threw a changeup in pitcher friendly counts. Varies delivery time to the plate and mixes well. Also worked out as a secondary first baseman. Sits back some and fields out front. Longer exchanges in back with an idea of footwork working to each bag. Righthanded hitter with an even stance to stance. Utilizes a quick toe tap trigger for timing. Linear drifts into contacts with an upper body dominate swing. Works gap to gap through an inside hand path. Mostly line drive contact off the barrel. Excellent student as well.
