Kian Knutson is a 2020 OF/UT with a 6-1 190 lb. frame from Tampa, FL who attends Tampa Catholic. Solid athletic build with good present strength. 6.94 runner in the sixty, has run down to 6.65 in the past at PG events. Has very sound fundamental actions in the outfield, aggressive through the ball with a quick release, makes very accurate one-hop throws. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight leg stance with a lift and replace leg load, loose and extended swing and showed good barrel accuracy, can use his lower half better to help generate bat speed, has power potential with adjustments.
