Austin Overn is a 2022 OF/2B with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Santa Ana, CA who attends Foothill HS. Recorded a 6.19 second 60-yard dash time. Super twitchy and athletic with some wiry strength present too. Primary outfielder with athletic actions and good quickness onto the ball. Throws have carry with a higher slot and throws up to 91 mph. Centerfield profile with clean mechanics and efficient routes. Left-handed hitter with good bat speed and clears the lower half. Multiple toe taps as a timing mechanism with a low effort stroke. Really athletic swing and turns the barrel over with conviction. Tremendous student. Verbal commitment to Southern California.
