Anthony Consiglio is a 2022 LHP/ with a 5-10 200 lb. frame from Evergreen Park, IL who attends Marist. Medium frame with a thicker build. Primary left-handed pitcher, comes from a three-quarters slot and creates good angle with the fastball. Shows some tangle in the arm stroke, fastball tends to play up in the zone. Works quick, grabs it goes with great tempo throughout. Throws a slider and a curveball, the curveball has more downer action and 12/6 shape, slower pitch with a hump compared to the slider. Slider is the out pitch, good tilt with two-way plane, tunnels it well and keeps the same release. Can miss bats with the slider and throw it for a strike in any count. Pitched backwards and had a solid outing. Also flashed a changeup to complete the full mix. Good student.
