Dillon Adkins is a 2025 OF/LHP/1B with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Madison, AL who attends Bob Jones. Adkins flashed athletic actions from both the OF and at 1B during his event, starting from the former where he worked through the baseball well and took direct routes to the ball. The arm action was clean and consistent, producing on line throws with carry up to 91 mph. He also topped 91 mph across the diamond, showcasing feel for footwork around the bag with quick turns and the ability to change slots when needed. Offensively, the lefty started from a wider slightly open base with a high hand set and high back elbow. He swung with intent to generate impact out in front with leverage created to generate impact to all parts of the field. Posted an exit velo of 90 mph. Ran a 6.89 sixty yard dash.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
