Tyler Durkin is a 2026 RHP/1B/3B with a 6-4 160 lb. frame from Poughkeepsie, NY who attends Roy C Ketcham. Extra long and lanky frame with lots of room to fill out. Ran a 7.69 in the sixty yard dash. Primary right handed pitcher, slight lean back to first base with a coiled lower half to second base, aggressive sit into the back leg before driving down the mound, higher leg kick that follow the hands for rhythm, up tempo delivery with long arm action in the back, loose and whippy arm with fast hand speed, fastball had arm side run up to 82 mph, commanded the fastball well to the bottom of the zone and racked up a ton of ground ball contact, slider showed promising tilt and will improve more with consistent release. Also worked out in the outfield with throws up to 78 mph. Right handed hitter, narrow stance with a high hand set and a high back elbow, has present bat speed and barrel whip, showed strength at impact. Excellent student.
