Kory Chu is a 2024 SS/RHP, 2B, 3B, MIF with a 5-10 180 lb. frame from Kaneohe, HI who attends Maryknoll. Medium frame with some added size to both halves, thicker lower portion with some notable definition n to his chest and upper half. Primary infielder, shows some athletic actions on the dirt with his ability to move laterally well both ways. Quicker feet. Receives it cleanly on a hop with big arm strength from a shorter arm action. Has confidence in his arm and it shows, throws packed with intent that project well as a corner infielder. Secondary right-handed pitcher up to 83-86 and feel for a mid-60s solid breaking ball. Longer three-quarter slot that repeats. Arm strength translates. Right-handed hitter from a more narrow base and toe tap load. Quick bat speed on a lofted path with strength off the barrel. Can get the head out front and shoot it to the pull side with intent. Shows above-average power when squared, solid round showed in game. Intriguing two-way product with strength that has stood out. Good student. Named to the WWBA West Workout Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
