Gianluca Dalatri is a 2016 RHP/1B with a 6-6 250 lb. frame from Wall, NJ who attends Christian Brothers Academy. Plus athletic build, has present strength in body. Medium arm action from a 3/4 arm slot. Easy delivery with out much stress on body, arm works well with good quickness coming through release point. Fastball is upper 80's low 90's topping at 91 with heavy arm side run and sink. Command both sides of the plate down in zone with fastball. Mixed in curveball with 11/5 shape. It is developing and he will struggle at times staying on top of it. Also mixes in slider that is sharp with solid tilt to it.
