2020 Mid-Atlantic Prospect Showcase
Trystan Crawford is a 2022 3B/RHP/IF with a 5-11 210 lb. frame from Bloomsburg, PA who attends Central Columbia. He ran a 7.20 second sixty. A primary third baseman, with a medium build, showing present strength throughout. On the infield he showed developing footwork with a big gather into the throw, make strong accurate throws across at 83 mph. On the mound he sat 81-85 mph with the fastball form a high three-quarters arm slot, the arm works quickened short through the back stroke, showed a breaking ball as well in the upper 60's with potential swing and miss type bite as he develops it more. Right-handed hitter, starts slightly open, takes a long stride into contact working well to the pull side, took a consistently loud round and recorded a 99 mph exit velocity. Named to the 2020 Mid-Atlantic Prospect Showcase Top Prospect list. Excellent student.
