Carter Hewitt is a 2022 3B/1B, OF with a 6-2 190 lb. frame from Jupiter, FL who attends McCallie School. Large frame with strong, athletic build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.36 seconds. Hits from wider-set stance with even hands, shifts weight out of toe tap trigger, strength stands out, clocked 89 mph tee exit velocity, showed strength into both gaps, some stiffness to swing, good power projection. Primary third baseman, fields out front, has athleticism for corner spot, balanced footwork, clocked up to 88 mph on throws. Also looked good at 1st base, threw 86 mph from there. Very good student.
