Michael Clemente is a 2025 RHP/1B with a 6-7 215 lb. frame from Waxhaw, NC who attends Cuthbertson. Extra tall athletic build with some present strength and room for plenty more. Well coordinated slow paced delivery with simple and repeatable mechanics, high 3/4's arm slot that creates angle, repeats his mechanics well. Fastball topped out at 88 mph, has been up to 90 before at PG events, good downhill angle and stays down in the zone well, lots of weak ground ball contact. Throws a soft slurve type slider that has some bite and sweeping depth and is well tunneled, will throw the slider at any count. Developing a change up as well. Good bet to continue improving and can compete now. Excellent student. Named to the National Uncommitted Showcase Top Prospect List.
