Gary Cueto is a 2025 SS/2B with a 5-5 125 lb. frame from Danbury, CT who attends Danbury. Young, square shouldered frame with a lean build and room to grow and develop throughout moving forward. Ran aa 7.71 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, young actions in the infield, fields the ball out front, does a nice job of working through the backhand with momentum towards first base, double tap release, shows accuracy on throws across, ranges up the middle well, arm strength will continue to develop. Right-handed hitter, begins with a high hand set and back elbow with a barrel tilt at start; utilizes a leg lift trigger in the box. Contact oriented approach, long swing path through the zone, creates contact to all fields. Employs a line drive swing path through the zone, occasionally gets to front side early with weight shift, line drive contact when squared. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
