Erich Radzinski is a 2023 LHP/1B with a 6-0 200 lb. frame from Glen Ellyn, IL who attends Glenbard West. Sturdy athletic build with good present strength. Balanced and controlled delivery with a slow to fast pace to release, stays compact and on line to the plate, 3/4's arm slot, still developing consistency in his slot and mechanics. Primary fastball pitcher, worked up to 81 mph with some arm side life at times, works mostly to his arm side with the pitch. Change up was a solid second offering with good arm speed and tunneled well at release. Flashed a soft curveball with some depth and tilt. Can use his off-speed pitches far more frequently than he did this outing as both show promise. Very good student.
