Noah Gray is a 2027 C/MIF, OF, UT with a 5-7 120 lb. frame from Mt. Crawford, VA who attends . Recorded a 8.32 second sixty-yard dash time. High waisted, long levered frame with a slender build and plenty of time to physically mature. Primary catcher that receives with two hands out in front, gaining ground towards his target out of the crouch and exhibits an elongated mid-line transfer. Works uphill into lower release and recorded developing arm strength up to 60 mph during drills. Secondary middle-infielder with a developing defensive skill set. Displayed deliberate footwork into to the fielding process, bending slightly at the waist to field and works uphill into release. Recorded arm strength up to 55 mph across the diamond during drills. Took part in the outfield portion of the defensive workout as well, flashing similar young actions throughout the fielding process. Displayed arm strength up to 64 mph during drills. Took a turn on the mound, where he worked in the mid-50s with his fastball for the duration of his outing. Works from a segmented delivery with quicker pace and shorter stride out to foot strike. Around the zone with his fastball for the most part, commanding it best to his glove side. Will continue to improve with proper mechanical refinements and additional strength. Right-handed hitter that hits from a slightly open stance with a high, tight hand set and big leg lift trigger. Tends to drift forward into contact and displayed developing bat-to-ball skills. Middle-of-the field approach with elongated swing path and developing bat speed. Young prospect that will continue to improve with additional physical strength and maturity.
