Abdamil R Robles is a 2027 SS/RHP/IF with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Ponce, PR who attends Carlos Beltran Baseball Academy. Medium young build with plenty of room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, has a short swing with an inside swing path and a line drive swing plane, mid field to opposite field contact approach, keeps his mechanics simple and executes his approach. 7.18 runner in the sixty. Primary Middle infielder on defense, still developing his footwork towards the ball especially to the backhand, glove work is solid, throws from a lower arm slot comfortably. Also worked out in the outfield with similar arm strength and actions. Took a turn on the mound as well, works from the stretch with a high leg raise delivery and a high front glove point, high 3/4's arm slot. Threw only fastballs, mostly in the upper 70's, topped out at 80 mph. Excellent student.
