Isaac Southerland is a 2028 OF/RHP/3B with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Hoover, AL who attends Spain Park. Southerland ran a 7.94 Sixty Yard Dash. Primary outfielder with a medium athletic frame with some strength present within the lower half. Fielding the ball cleanly off the front foot with sound footwork and a step behind crow hop creating momentum on his throws. Straight over the top release point with some cary and his throws with developing accuracy to bases. On the mound working from the stretch only with a belt height leg lift. He has a short stride down the slope landing slightly closed with a high 3/4s arm angle. Southerland shows a fastball with some run that peaks at 75mph and a breaking ball with 12-6 shape which he went to late in counts. Issac has a sense on how to pitch and mix two pitches in the zone. Right handed hitter in the box with a medium length slightly open base. The swing is longer through the zone with some quickness hitting the ball hard on a line to the pull side.
