Dylan Potero is a 2025 LHP/OF with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Woolwich, NJ who attends Kingsway Reg. Medium current frame with solid muscularity. Showed well coordinated overall actions in all aspects with plenty of time to develop. Primary position LHP, using a compact start from 3B side of the rubber and quick leg lift with an inward turn to load at balance. Keeps hands stationary at the belly breaking into shallow inline arm path and accelerating through a high 3/4 arm angle. Really rides the slope well and turns well in the core to accelerate arm. Emerging overall command with intriguing projection. FB peaked at 78 mph with occasional sinking action. Vertical CB with tumbling action that has a chance to be power pitch in future and solid CH in the upper-60's with fade. Secondary OF, working aggressively to the ball, breaking down to field with glove out front. Clean transfer into full arm action showing decent carry and accuracy. LHH starting with an open stance, high hand set tight to his body. High back elbow and toe tap trigger to load. Showed good whip in the barrel and when on time and connected created ample loud contact. Best impact in the middle of the field with some loft. Young athlete with two-way potential who is an excellent student as well.
