Hunter Vansickler is a 2026 OF/LHP with a 6-0 150 lb. frame from Perry, MI who attends Williamston. Lean and athletic build with long levers. Ran a 6.87 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, compact arm slot with present accuracy, works through it well with a one hand gather off to the side, natural feel out there and in sync with his body, projects nicely moving forward, evident feel for the outfield grass and covers some ground with coordinated steps and angles. Secondary left-handed pitcher, full wind with feet set on the third base side of the rubber, big side step, leg lift slightly above the belt, clean three-quarters arm stroke, closed foot lander, slight crossfire, gets on top of mix, sweeps the curveball for strikes, good feel to spin, occasional arm side run on the fastball, ability to fill up zone and land off-speed for strikes, velocity jump should be coming in next year or so. Left-handed hitter, open feet with high hands, hovering trigger, present barrel skills, inconsistent round but has present bat speed and gap to gap linedrive impact when on time and extended. Projectable athlete with a good frame and present talent on either side of the ball. Outstanding student. Named to the 2024 Great Lakes Indoor Top Prospect List.
