Dante Caridi is a 2027 C/IF with a 5-10 180 lb. frame from Cresskill, NJ who attends IMG Academy. Strong and compact prototypical catcher's build. 7.44 runner in the sixty. Sets up side addle behind the plate, is quick out of his crouch and has a quick transition into his throws, stays on line well with his footwork, lacks present arm strength but makes accurate throws due to his fundamentals and athleticism. Right handed hitter, hits from an even base with a high and tight hand load, looking to lift the ball with some uphill plane to his swing, mid field to pull side contact, showed good feel for the barrel and got some jump off the barrel. Outstanding student. Named to the Mid-Atlantic High School All-State Games Top Prospect List.
