Robert "Buddy" Grosch is a 2028 3B/RHP with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from O'Fallon, MO who attends Ft. Zumwalt North. He has a good frame for his age with present strength and still room to fill as he continues to mature. Ran the sixty yard dash in 8.12 seconds. Primary third baseman that has confident actions with choppier steps at the fielding spot. He showed a good feel for working to both sides of his body. He made clean transfers and fired accurately across the diamond. Secondary right-handed pitcher that works from the first base side of the rubber. He uses a knee to chest leg kick and does a nice job of working in line with the plate. He has a medium arm action and fires from a low 3/4 slot. He has a loose shoulder and a recoil finish on his delivery. He works his fastball to both sides of the plate. His curveball has nice two plane shape with developing break. He showed the ability to land both for strikes.
