Yaniel Hernandez is a 2025 C/1B with a 6-1 190 lb. frame from Little Elm, TX who attends Little Elm high school. Physical build with present strength throughout frame. Ran a 7.31 in the sixty yard dash. Primary catcher, good size and side straggle stand. Quick feet to throw and gains ground. Solid arm strength, bit of length in back of release but creates momentum down. Good transfer and accurate arm in his round showed. Popped a 2.14 time in drills. Right-handed hitter, even stance with high hand set and squared base. Big lift out front and gets into solid strength to pull side. Whips it out and has the ability to adjust. Solid contact throughout and even showed some feel the other way. Good student.
