Teddy Garner is a 2025 RHP/1B with a 6-3 165 lb. frame from Simpsonville, SC who attends J L Mann. An extra large frame with long levers and a high set waist. Primary right-handed pitcher who took to the mound and worked from an over-the-top slot. He used a side-step into a leg lift up to the belt. Had a long and whippy arm, showing off the arm speed. His fastball worked 85-88 mph while working 2,265 RPMs. The pitch had some big vertical carry. Held his velocity. He paired that with a breaking ball that had late 11-5 shape to it in the low-70s. Spun it up to 2,227 RPMs. He killed spin on a changeup at 80 mph, spinning at 1,152 RPMs. Cruised through his outing, punching out 6 opposing hitters over his 3 innings of work. Did not allow a baserunner. South Carolina Gamecocks commit. Great student.
