Colby Bohnen is a 2025 OF/RHP, UT with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Vienna, VA who attends The Potomac. Medium current frame with wiry strength and good athletic twitch to his action. Plenty of time to continue growth and add mass. Ran the 60 yard dash in an exceptional 6.73 seconds. Primary position OF, using deliberate footwork and approach to the ball. Works the glove out front with one hand into a tall gather before throws. Stops feet in transition sometimes but the arm was accurate. Emerging overall arm strength, up to 81 mph on feeds back to the infield. Will cover plenty of ground with foot speed talent. RHH starting from a wide base and good athletic start. Good handset and high back elbow as he works hands inside the ball. Loads to the backside pre-pitch and stays on backside to impact. Hands work, will get uphill occasionally and there is more power to come. Solid BP round with mostly oppo line drives. Very good student as well.
