Tayshaun Harris is a 2024 3B/RHP, 1B, SS, OF with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from San Leandro, CA who attends San Leandro. Features a medium build with room to add. Ran a 7.87 60-yard dash. Charges the ball hard in the outfield. Will lose body control at times during the approach. Throws using a longer arm action release. Worked out on the infield as well. Still developing overall footwork and consistent glove timing. Can make the routine play when the glove is down on time. Threw 60 mph across the diamond. Right-handed hitter. Utilizes an even base stance into a small leg kick timing mechanism. Swings on a direct path. Looks to shoot balls the other way. Right-handed pitcher. Throws exclusively out of the stretch. Uses tall and fall mechanics into a short stride down the mound. Fastball got up to 58 mph. Pairs it with a big bending curveball that can get hitters out front at times. Good student.
