Johnny Buchman is a 2026 SS/RHP/2B with a 5-8 115 lb. frame from Riverside, IL who attends Fenwick. Very slender young build with lots of time and room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from a slightly open stance, simple toe tap trigger into his stride, gets out over his front side early, downhill to line drive swing plane, middle of the field contact approach, bat speed will continue to improve as he gets stronger. 7.42 runner in the sixty, works through the ball well in the infield and has an idea on his footwork, some developing arm strength for his age and size, should continue to develop defensively as he matures.
